We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Effica application.
Effica does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All data created within the app is stored locally on your device and synchronized through Apple iCloud CloudKit. Data is associated with your Apple ID and governed by Apple’s privacy and security policies.
Effica offers optional in-app purchases, including 3-month and 1-year subscription plans. All transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not access or store your payment information. For more details, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Your data is stored securely in iCloud and associated with your personal Apple ID. We do not have access to this data. iCloud storage and protection are handled according to Apple’s privacy standards.
Effica is suitable for all ages. We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13. Users under 13 must use the application under parental or guardian supervision.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or via app updates. Users are encouraged to review this page occasionally.
