By downloading, installing, or using the Effica application, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the application.
Effica grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and iCloud account. Effica is not responsible for any data loss caused by device damage, iCloud issues, or user error.
Effica uses Apple iCloud CloudKit as the only method for data synchronization. You acknowledge that the availability, speed, and reliability of syncing depend on Apple’s services, not Effica. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free synchronization.
Effica offers optional paid features and subscriptions. All payments and renewals are processed by Apple. By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s billing terms and auto-renewal policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
All content, designs, icons, branding, and other materials within the application are the intellectual property of Effica Team. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Effica is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including data loss, service interruption, or third-party service failures.
We may suspend or terminate access to the application at any time for behavior that violates these Terms or harms the service, other users, or the application’s integrity.
We may update these Terms of Use when necessary. Continued use of the application after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
